These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not the terms of a commission. If you hire Carlos Velasco Stained Glass, the written project contract and estimate you sign govern that work, and where they differ from this page, the contract wins.

Using this site means you accept what follows.

This site publishes starting prices and typical timelines because most studios will not, and because it saves everybody a phone call. They are honest estimates based on past work. They are not quotes and not offers.

Every project is priced individually. Size, glass selection, design complexity, site conditions, installation and shipping all move the number. A binding price and schedule exist only in a written estimate Carlos has prepared for your specific project.

Every image on this site is work made by Carlos Velasco. It is his intellectual property, along with the designs, drawings, text and layout of this site. You may not reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Stained glass is handmade from materials that vary. Colour, texture and light behave differently in every room, and a photograph on a screen is not a colour match. Finished work will be consistent with the approved drawing and glass selection, not identical to a photograph of a different piece.

Sending the contact form does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity in the studio. Consultations and restoration assessments are free and carry no obligation on either side.

Please do not send confidential information through the form. If you send photographs of a piece, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to assess and discuss the work.

Custom work carries a craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Restoration projects come with documentation of the work performed. The specific terms, duration and exclusions are set out in each project contract, not on this page.

The warranty does not cover damage from impact, building movement, weather, improper cleaning, or alterations by anyone else.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. Content may change without notice.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Carlos Velasco Stained Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for work performed under a project contract, which that contract governs.

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of the county in which the studio operates.
