Privacy Policy

This is a small stained glass studio, not a data business. We collect what you type into the contact form so Carlos can reply to you, plus ordinary website analytics. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What you give us. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, where the project is, and a description of the work. If you attach photographs of a piece, we receive those too. Everything on that form is information you chose to send.

What your browser gives us automatically. Like nearly every website, this one records standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited, how long you stayed, and the site or search that sent you. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, carry out work you commission, and keep records of projects we have completed. We also use aggregate traffic data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to fix what is broken.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only to run this business:

• Our website host, which serves these pages and records the technical data described above.
• Our email provider, which carries messages between you and Carlos.
• Web analytics, which reports visitor numbers and page performance in aggregate.
• Shipping and installation partners, but only the address and contact details needed to deliver or install a piece you have commissioned.

We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

This site uses cookies only for basic operation and anonymous analytics. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies at any time, and the site will still work.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, in case you come back. Records tied to completed work are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax, or legal reasons.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cvelasco7@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your details may mean we cannot continue an ongoing project.

Florida residents, and residents of states with comparable privacy laws, may have additional rights over their personal information. Contact us and we will honour them.

This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
